Appointments must be booked in advance and payments are to be made at the time of service. Cancellations should be informed ahead of time; late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges. Clients are expected to maintain respectful conduct within the premises. Mira Spa reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behavior. Personal belongings are the client’s responsibility while on the premises.
Booking & Payment
All appointments at Mira Spa must be booked in advance through phone or online platforms. Payments must be made at the time of service unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.
Cancellations & Refunds
Clients are requested to inform us in advance for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in cancellation charges. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per our internal policy.
Service Limitations
All spa services are provided for relaxation and wellness purposes only. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior or if a service is deemed unsuitable due to health conditions.
User Conduct
Clients are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards staff and other guests. Any misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate actions may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Privacy
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during booking or communication will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Liability
Mira Spa shall not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables brought onto the premises. Clients agree to disclose relevant health conditions before treatment to avoid any risk.
